Plant Medicines
RAPÉ (HAPÉ)
Traditionally used for shamanic practices, before hunting, for heightened focus, prayer and meditation. Helps with setting intention for ceremony, grounding, calming and decalcifies (cleanses) the 3rd eye. Made from ground sacred tobacco (nicotina rustica), ash, shells, and bark. The fine powder is blasted into each nostril and then blown out after 2-3 minutes.
SANANGA
